Home  About  Consulants and Expansion Coordinators

Leadership and Education Consultants are recent graduates who are full time professional employees of the Fraternity. Their responsibilities include working and meeting with undergraduate and alumnus members, and our chapters and expansion groups. During the course of a visit, the Consultant will meet with chapter officers, members, new members, alumni, and college or university administrators. Our Consultants review the performance of each chapter, colony, and interest group in over fifteen areas of operations and prepare a report to offer praise and recommendations for improvement.

Traveling for the Fraternity as a Leadership and Education Consultant can be extremely rewarding, and extremely challenging. Few members will have as much of a positive impact on Theta Chi Fraternity over such a short period of time as a Consultant. During the course of a year, he can build new groups, boost the esteem of struggling chapters, help groups with any problems, and visit places most people will only visit over the course of their lifetime if at all. As one former Consultant wrote, “Experiences like mine can’t be bought.”
