The Constitution and Bylaws of Theta Chi Fraternity, Inc. (the “Bylaws”) are the supreme law of the Fraternity. Except as provided in these Bylaws, the governing law of the Fraternity shall be the resolutions of the National Convention and the resolutions of the Grand Chapter, ranking in that order.
