Brother Bill Russo serves as the Director of Educational Services. He provides chapter resources such as educational newsletters, Circle of Brotherhood, and the Holland Recruitment Report, while working with the Leadership and Education Committee to plan and promote all national Conventions, Mid-Year Leadership Challenges, and the Deranian Presidents Conference.
