Brother Dale Taylor serves as the Executive Director of Theta Chi Fraternity. He manages and supervises the International Headquarters staff and the day-to-day operations of the fraternity consistent with the policies established by the Grand Chapter. He also performs other duties as may be assigned to him from time to time by the Grand Chapter.
