The staff of the International Headquarters provides support for and assistance to all undergraduate and alumni members, groups, and operations of Theta Chi Fraternity. The International Headquarters serves as a clearinghouse for information and resources, as a coordinator of programs and events, and as a caretaker of the archives of the fraternity. The staff implements the policies set by the Grand Chapter.

A review of the operations of the International Headquarters would include the following services:

· Maintaining records on all undergraduate and alumni chapters and undergraduate new members, members, and alumni
· Receiving and processing forms and fees for members, new memers, colonies and chapters
· Sending out membership certificates, badges, membership cards, copies of The Manual of Theta Chi Fraternity, and new member buttons
· Purchasing and selling equipment and supplies used by the headquarters and chapters
· Planning and coordinating all board and committee meetings
· Hiring, training and supporting our Leadership and Education Consultants
· Responding to questions and inquiries from undergraduates and alumni
· Providing services and support for our volunteers at all levels
· Developing and mailing all periodicals for undergraduates and alumni except for The Rattle
· Developing publications for use by our members such as The Directory of Theta Chi, our Chapter Operations Manuals, and The Manual of Theta Chi Fraternity

Other duties and responsibilities of the staff include:

· The establishment and development of colonies
· Coordinating the installation and reinstallation of chapters
· Representing Theta Chi at interfraternity events and meetings
· Participating in campus meetings and events
· Maintaining the financial records of the Grand Chapter, the Norwich Housing Corporation, and the Foundation Chapter of Theta Chi Fraternity
Monitoring and collecting loans, mortgages and other debts from our chapters
· Assisting and/or representing chapters in situations involving college or university administrative hearings
· Investigating problems and situation involving chapters and monitoring probation chapters
· Assisting and supporting our Regional Staff
· Maintaining statistical information regarding our membership, chapters and colonies
· Preparing for and coordinating National Conventions, Chapter Leadership Conferences, Mid-Year Leadership Challenges, the Deranian Presidents Conference, and other leadership conferences

In addition, the International Headquarters serves as the repository of our archives and most of our historical items, photographs, paintings, books, and objects.
