New member fees, initiation fees, insurance premiums, and/or rechartering fees are non-refundable, but in some cases they are transferable to other debts owed to the Fraternity. Registration fees for leadership events and conferences are non-refundable, but they are transferable to other chapter members.
Refunds for merchandise and non-personalized jewelry returns will be issued within five business days of the return of the item, less shipping charges. The refund will be issued in the same manner as the original payment. The returned item must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.
