The Regional Plan describes a geographical division of North America into regions to better assist chapters and alumni at the local level.

The Regional Plan underwent a major reorganization in 2006, resulting in the current configuration of 14 regions. Each region contains several chapters and colonies and is serviced by a number of Regional Counselors.

The regions in Theta Chi Fraternity are Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Atlantic, Ohio Valley, Carolinas, Southeast, Great Lakes, Midwest, Upper Plains, Lower Plains, Southwest, Southern California-Arizona, Northern California, and the Northwest.
