Event Overview
The MYLCs are short, 2-day conferences tailored to the unique needs and challenges of the chapters of their host regions. Because of the regional scope of this conference, the MYLCs are strengthened by opportunities for participants to meet and share ideas with brothers from nearby chapters, colonies and/or interest groups.
Who’s going?
The MYLCs are open to all motivated brothers, new members and colony/interest group members.
What to expect
Participants will meet brothers from around their respective regions, hear the most recent news about Theta Chi, and learn the latest in chapter operations and leadership. The MYLCs are designed to maximize chapter participation in an environment where brothers from the same geographic regions can meet and interact. Participants will work and learn together in small groups.
