The 16th Annual B. Nelson Deranian Presidents Conference (DPC) for chapter, colony, and interest group leaders will be held on January 8-9, 2010 in Indianapolis. As our highest rated and most cutting edge education event, the DPC is an excellent opportunity for current and future leaders to acquire the tools they will need to improve your chapter, colony, or interest group. It is also a chance for members of your group to interact with the National President, the top 200+ undergraduate leaders in Theta Chi, and all members of the International Headquarters staff, including our outstanding Leadership and Education Consultants.
The theme for this year’s conference is The Quest. For the first time---Theta Chi Fraternity will be offering two tracks: 1) Leadership and 2) Recruitment.
The Leadership Quest is ideal for newly elected chapter presidents and other chapter officers who are transitioning into their new roles. In addition, the conference is an essential development opportunity for younger members who have the potential to lead in a significant capacity.
The Recruitment Quest is aimed at men who want to learn how to create and manage a comprehensive 365-Day Recruitment Program. Whatever your situation, we will have a program for it: small or large campus; commuter or residential student population; deferred or non-deferred recruitment; and many more! Already have a successful 365 Day Recruitment Program? We invite you to come and share your knowledge with your Brothers, helping make all of Theta Chi better in the process. For more information regarding the Recruitment Quest, contact Senior Expansion Coordinator Phillip Burns at phillip@thetachi.org!
