We encourage those driving to be at the hotel by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, in order to get checked-in and registered by our start time of 7:25 p.m.

To take advantage of airline discounts, please make your flight reservations as soon as possible.  Please keep in mind that you should be at the hotel on Friday by 5:00 p.m. and you are free to go anytime on Sunday.

The best way to get from the airport to the hotel is to make a reservation with Carey Limousine Service. Call 1-800-888-INDY and ask to set-up an “Airport Share-A-Ride” to the Holiday Inn Select North.  The “Airport Share-A-Ride” service will cost $32.76 per person for one way but for 3 or more passengers the total cost is $74.69 for one way, gratuity is not included in the prices listed. We also recommend that you make your reservation for your return to the airport while you have them on the phone. The Holiday Inn Select North does not have a shuttle service to the airport.
