What to Bring

Dress is business casual for the weekend.  Appropriate wear includes chinos/corduroys, collard shirts, or possibly a sweater.  The weather in Indianapolis around the first of the year is normally cold and snowy.  Please bring an appropriate coat or jacket.  The Holiday Inn Select North does have an indoor swimming pool/whirlpool and a workout facility. Please feel free to bring attire to take advantage of these services.

A pen and notebook will be provided for you at registration.  We encourage you to bring cameras, extra recruitment material, and handouts of activities your group takes pride in.  Be sure to bring recruitment t-shirts to trade. We will have a table set up with recruitment ideas and t-shirts, so that we can have a true exchange of ideas.  Please make sure all materials are appropriate and not offensive to any group or culture.
