The Dale A. Slivinske Scholarship helps to offset the costs for a select number of men who attend our annual summer event.
For the 34th School of Fraternity Practices and 154th Anniversary Convention:
- Only one scholarship per chapter.
- Scholarships are limited to a first come, first serve basis to the first 80 chapters that submit the form prior to the deadline.
- Each scholarship is worth $250.00.
- Individuals must be nominated by their chapter.
- Nominated individuals must be pre-registered for the event and paid in full.
- In order to receive the scholarship, he must earn the Key Man with an "E" by attending selected sessions during the School of Fraternity Practices.
- Qualifying scholarship recipients will be mailed a check following the Convention.
The form is available by clicking on Slivinske Scholarship Form and are due via email, mail, or fax no later than June 16, 2010.
