With the school year here and calendars being filled up with activities, the Leadership and Education Committee wants you to make sure to block off your calendar to attend one of the many Mid-Year Leadership Challenges.
The Mid-Year Leadership Challenges (MYLCs) are the best opportunity for chapters, colonies and interest groups to send a large number of members to an exciting Theta Chi event. You will have the opportunity to meet brothers from around your region, hear the latest news about Theta Chi Fraternity, learn some of the most up-to-date operational techniques, and learn some of the newest leadership development approaches.
