The Request for Information Form is required by The Norwich Housing Corporation (NHC) to be filled out prior to beginning the loan application process. This form is NOT a loan application; it is to be filled out by Theta Chi house corporations interested in pursuing a loan through NHC.
The Norwich Housing Corporation provides loans to Theta Chi house corporations only.
