Dale A. Slivinske Memorial Scholarship Fund The Slivinske Scholarship Fund was established in 1989 with an initial deposit from the estate of Brother Dale Slivinske (Gamma Sigma ’68), past Executive Director of Theta Chi Fraternity. In addition to any gifts designated for this fund by contributors, it also receives all contributions made through the Undergraduate Giving Program; and royalties earned by the Short Term Medical Insurance Program, the Gift Accident Insurance Program, and the Affinity Visa Credit Card program. Scholarships from this fund are used to encourage attendance at the Fraternity’s leadership and education events. The recipients are selected by the Leadership and Education event staff of the International Headquarters. Sherwood and Janet Roberts Blue Scholarship Fund Scholarships from this fund are named in memory of the first President of the Foundation Chapter, Brother Sherwood Blue (Alpha Iota ’26). They are given to graduate and undergraduate students who demonstrate scholarship, leadership and service to Fraternity, community and Alma Mater among other attributes. Recipients are selected by a committee of the Foundation Chapter of Theta Chi Fraternity, Inc. Colley Award Scholarship Fund Scholarships from this fund support the educational pursuits of the recipient and the two runners-up of the annual Reginald E. F. Colley Award. Applications are submitted by individual chapters of the Fraternity. The Colley Award Committee, appointed by the Grand Chapter, selects the recipients. |
