In 1927, The National Board of Trustees, now The Norwich Housing Corporation, was formed. Since the corporation's inception, The Norwich Housing Corporation has provided low interest life safety loans,housing loans and emergency funds to hundreds of Theta Chi Fraternity corporations. Seventy five years later, this trend still holds true. During the past five years, there have been approximately 32 alumni corporations that have been able to take advantage of a Norwich Housing Corporation loan.

It is the intent of The Norwich Housing Corporation Board of Directors to help develop strong housing and alumni programs to insure housing for tomorrow's leaders. The housing section of the website has useful tools that undergraduates and alumni can utilize to build a stronger housing program.
