Program Stages

The LEAD Program consists of three stages -- The Believer stage, The Resolute Man stage, and The Teacher stage. Each self-paced stage focuses on different aspects of leadership development, education, academic development, and community outreach.

The first stage is The Believer. This signifies that a member must become part of Theta Chi Fraternity and believe in its ideals, values, and purposes. The purpose of this stage is to assist the new initiates in becoming assimilated into the chapter, the Fraternity, the community, and the university/college.

The second stage is The Resolute Man. This signifies that a member of Theta Chi Fraternity must be resolute in his determination to do what is best for him, the Fraternity, and the university/college. The purpose of this stage is to assist brothers in their development as students, community volunteers, and leaders.

The third stage is known as The Teacher. This signifies that members must be leaders in the Fraternity and should teach others their knowledge and share wisdom to those who will become future leaders. The goal of this stage is to assist brothers as they prepare to become active alumnus members of Theta Chi Fraternity.
