- From I-91, take exit 13 and go west about a half mile.

- The Monument and the roadside marker are close to the road, between the church and the Town Green.
To Brother Chase's Gravesite
- From 1-91 in Vermont, at exit 8, go east on state road 12/103 to Claremont, New Hampshire; in the center of town there is a large traffic rotary.
- From downtown Claremont, take Pleasant Street (State Road 12A) north/northeast past two stoplights and veer to the right at the fork to stay on Pleasant Street.
- The Pleasant Street Cemetery will be on the right; enter through the third entrance.
- Brother Chase's grave is approximately 8 headstones down from the obelisk-shaped "Pierce" headstone that is immediately on the right when entering the cemetery.
To Brother Freeman's Gravesite
- From Pleasant Street Cemetery, continue north on State Road 12A approximately 13 miles. Just outside of Plainfield on 12A, there will be a small cemetery that is set back from the highway, on the right; be looking for it. If you get to an equipment sales business on your left, you've gone too far!
- The cemetery is called Freeman Cemetery. It has a white picket fence, with maybe 60 headstones in it. There is an old Norwich fire engine set on the side of the road immediately before the cemetary. Brother Freeman's grave is in the first full row and is directly in the center of the cemetery, facing the gate.
