The text on the digital version is way too small. Can I do anything about that?When viewing the digital version, you can zoom in on a page by clicking directly on the text that you are reading. You can zoom out by clicking again.
I haven’t received any notifications that a new edition has become available.When a new version of the magazine is made available online, an e-mail is sent to all members with good e-mail address information on file at the International Headquarters. You may need to update your contact information via myThetaChi. Click the login button on the left side of this page.
Why didn’t you publish my alumni/chapter update?While the editor makes every effort to include as many alumni and chapter updates as possible, limited space makes it difficult to accommodate every entry. The editor reserves the right to publish or omit all submitted content (including stories, photos and other media).
Why do you keep asking for the original photos? Can’t you just download them from my Facebook album?While downloading photos straight off of Facebook or other social media sites is the most convenient option, it is not ideal for print. When you upload a photo, it is automatically resized to reduce page loading time. By sending the originals, we can avoid the loss of detail that comes with that process.
