The Constitution and Bylaws of Theta Chi Fraternity, Inc. are the Fraternity's supreme governing document. They may be amended by either the Grand Chapter or by vote of the National Convention, which meets biennially on even-numbered years. The Safety Standards Manual is another important document for all chapter officers and advisers to be familiar with.
