
Emma joined Theta Chi’s staff as Administrative Assistant in October 2019. She was promoted to Project Manager in July 2020, Assistant Director of Development in July 2021, and Director of Annual Giving in March 2022. In her role she oversees all aspects of annual giving, including special initiatives and strategies to grow the Foundation Chapter's Excellence Fund. Emma also provides marketing, strategy, and logistical support for the future capital campaign, Foundation Chapter Board meetings, special events, conferences, and Convention-related Foundation Chapter activities.
Emma graduated from Ball State University in 2019 with degrees in Sport Administration and Marketing. Prior to joining Theta Chi's staff, Emma was a Game Operations Intern for Pacers Sports & Entertainment. Emma enjoys attending sporting events, spending time with friends and family, and volunteering in the community. She is an advocate for orphaned and vulnerable children and started an orphan care ministry after traveling overseas volunteering at orphanages.
