As Director of Development, Mitch is responsible for the Foundation Chapter’s donor cultivation, stewardship, and solicitation of gifts.
Mitch Nolan has held many roles on the International Headquarters staff. He first served as a Field Executive (2017-2019) and visited 50+ chapters and colonies and led initial expansion and recruitment efforts to (re)install Zeta Alpha/Slippery Rock and Kappa Nu/Colorado. In 2019, he was promoted to Director of Chapter Development and managed the Field Staff and oversaw the creation of Theta Chi’s Chapter Assessment. In 2021, Mitch was named Director of Health and Safety and led the Sacred Purpose initiative and supported chapters with health and safety resources and education.
Mitch graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in business management and leadership with a concentration in entrepreneurship. He served the Delta Psi Chapter as Social Chairman, Homecoming Chairman, Rock Chalk Revenue Director, and two terms as Chapter President. He was also a member of the University of Kansas Student Senate as a representative to the IFC and Campus Outreach Chairman on the Homecoming Steering Committee. Mitch won the Morris New Venture Business Plan competition at the University of Kansas and was recognized as a Resolute Man in 2017. He enjoys cooking, traveling, working out, and spending time at the pool.
