Zach is a past Chapter President, Vice President, and Social Chairman for the Delta Alpha Chapter at Linfield University. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Linfield and worked for the West Virginia Miners Baseball Club in the organization's marketing department. Zach also became a Resolute Man in 2021 as part of the program's Experience Track, taking part in the Indianapolis Colts experience.
