For your convenience, this year's chapter and undergraduate awards applications have been consolidated into one document. This awards packet includes applications for the:
- Reginald E.F. Colley Award
- Howard R. Alter, Jr. Award
- Sidney Ann Gilpin Lewis Award
- James Ralph "Shug" Jordan Award
New to this year's packet is the Outstanding Senior Award- each chapter may nominate one graduating senior as their Outstanding Senior. Once your application is received, the International Headquarters will mail back a certificate that your chapter can present to your senior to recognize him for his contributions over the past year.
If your chapter is nominating a senior for the Colley Award, you should also consider nominating him as your Outstanding Senior. More information can be found in the application packet.

All applications must be send to the International Headquarters by e-mail no later than April 10, 2013. Printed applications will not be accepted. E-mail your applications to awards@thetachi.org.
