Alpha Upsilon/Nebraska Alumnus Details Road to Self-Improvement

2018 was a landmark year for Chad Ellsworth (Alpha Upsilon/Nebraska 2001), a career coach at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. The undergraduate business students voted to recognize him as the 2018 Staff of the Year recipient. Along with this, in September, he published a new book titled Building Up Without Tearing Down: How to Cultivate Heroic Leadership in You and Your Organization.
