Dave Conner, (Alpha Xi/Delaware 2003), Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life, was recently presented the Phillipi Outstanding Advisor Award at the Northeast Greek Leadership Association (NGLA) Annual Conference. NGLA annually recognizes outstanding members of the Northeast Greek community who exemplify the ideals of sorority and/or fraternity membership in their daily lives.

The Phillipi Outstanding Advisor Award recognizes a Greek affairs professional, who has made significant contributions to the Northeast Greek community by advising any governing council. Conner was nominated by fraternity and sorority members on The College of New Jersey campus for this honor.

In addition to being a member of Theta Chi fraternity, Conner is a board member for the Northeast Greek Leadership Association, a member of the Office of the Dean of Students, a regular presenter at the national Association for Fraternity Advisors conference, and a frequent volunteer at TCNJ events. Earlier this year he was honored by his students who established the David E. Conner Panhellenic Excellence Scholarship at the annual President’s Ball.
