Taking place from January 4-6, 2024*, at the JW Marriott in downtown Indianapolis, Amplify Theta Chi is the Fraternity’s premier recruitment conference. Amplify Theta Chi provides Recruitment Chairmen with the latest tactics in recruitment training. It utilizes a results-driven curriculum that is proven to get your chapter the results it desires.

All newly elected Recruitment Chairmen are expected to attend Amplify Theta Chi. All fees associated with registration and lodging will be covered by the International Fraternity. Participants will be responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel to and from the event. If you have any questions please contact amplify@thetachi.org.

This conference will be held in the same hotel during the same dates as the Sasser Presidents Conference, the Vice Presidents Forum, Our Sacred Purpose, and the Marshals Summit.

*Note that January 4-6, 2024, is a different date pattern than prior years. The conferences will commence on Thursday, January 4, 2024, and will conclude very late in the evening on Friday, January 5. Attendees will be provided lodging Thursday evening through Saturday morning, January 6, 2024.
