As an Assistant Director of Chapter Development, you are a crucial component of Theta Chi’s successes—internally and externally. You will have the maximum impact on all of Theta Chi’s chapters and immediate project and portfolio management training and experience.
You will travel the country working with Theta Chi’s strong chapters waving the Theta Chi flag, coaching our young men in leadership, operations, finance, recruitment, philanthropy, and safety—all while meeting and shaking hands with our extensive network of alumni across the nation. You will work on our exciting young team and have immediate opportunities for director-level work experience to build and add to your résumé.
You should be a driven, confident, and organized graduate of Theta Chi, and you will be provided all the skills and information necessary to be successful (if you were never an elected officer—that’s okay!). You will walk away from this job with demonstrable experience in portfolio management and improvement, external consulting, problem solving, financial management, non-profit policy, and tangible success stories you helped to create.
