Congratulations to brother Andreas 'Andy' Liu, Beta Alpha/UCLA 2014, for winning UCLA's 2013 Most Outstanding International Student Award!

The Award is given out annually by UCLA and the Dashew International Center to the international student who best connects U.S. and international students, makes a positive impact on campus, and collaborates with the Dashew Center and other UCLA departments. Brother Liu's Award will be on display at the Dashew Center. Liu is one of the more than 10,000 international undergrad and grad/professional students at UCLA. Liu, an international student from Munich, Germany (yes, he's Chinese-German), serves as president of the International Students Association (ISA) at UCLA, and is a third-year Physics major.  Liu was also recently awarded a Blue Scholarship from The Foundation Chapter of Theta Chi.

Beta Alpha Chapter claims another top leadership position in UCLA's 1,000+ member ISA. David Urdaneta (2014) hails from Maracaibo, Venezuela and is the current Vice President.  Campus leadership is fast becoming a hallmark of UCLA Theta Chi!  Find out more about ISA here: https://www.facebook.com/uclaisa
