The COVID-19 pandemic has forced teachers to completely overhaul their curriculums to adapt to online learning. One of the biggest obstacles has been trying to figure out how to transition the invaluable in-person lessons to fit over Zoom. Iota Delta/Southeastern Louisiana Charter Member Jonte Lee (2003) is a science teacher and brought his lessons to life in his kitchen and bought supplies for his 35 students to follow along.
