Brother Al Calarco (Eta P/East Stroudsburg 1977), was recently presented the Jesse S. Heiges Distinguished Alumnus Award of Shippensburg University. The award is presented to an alumnus in recognition of distinguished achievement for the benefit of community and society. Brother Calarco was one of three recipients of the 2015 Award.
"I was honored to be one of the 2015 recipients of the Award," said Calarco. "It's always an honor to 'get an award,' even better when you get it from a good friend, Jody Harpster, Shippensburg University President," he said.
