Brother Michael Pirnie Gamma Phi/Nebraska Wesleyan University (2013), has been awarded a Fulbright scholarship to teach in Taiwan next year. The Fulbright is an international education program sponsored by the U.S. government.

Pirnie, a political science and global studies major from Omaha, will teach English at an elementary or junior high.Pirnie took a Mandarin language course his first year at NWU, and spent a year studying in China. Brother Pirnie would like to pursue a career in international education policy.
