Description:
As the Director of Education, you’ll oversee the Fraternity’s educational programs, events, and related curriculum. You will provide leadership to the Fraternity’s collegiate education program (The Resolute Man), the Fraternity’s pledge education program (The Resolute Journey), and oversee and execute the Fraternity’s regional and international leadership events such as the Marshals Summit, Theta Chi Initiative Academy, and School of Fraternity Practices. Are you willing to work on a day-to-day basis with Theta Chi’s collegians and alumni to promote and provide resources for our leadership education programming and help our members become Resolute Men?
We’re looking for self-motivated professionals who are team players, and possess a desire to advance the mission of the Fraternity. Candidates must demonstrate: excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work well with collegiate members, alumnus volunteers, and colleagues; ability to adapt to continuously evolving learning styles of college students; strong written and verbal communication skills; strong facilitation skills; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and demanding environment; and possess problem-solving abilities.
