The Grand Chapter is Theta Chi Fraternity’s international board of directors. As the Fraternity's recognized administrative, executive, and judicial head, it is composed of eight volunteer alumnus brothers and the Executive Director (ex-officio). The eight voting members of the Grand Chapter are elected to four-year terms by delegates to the National Convention. The next election will take place at the 160th Anniversary Convention in Atlanta, GA.
