Description:
A Growth Specialist is a results-oriented recent graduate seeking to join a dynamic recruitment team. Growth Specialists are responsible for the preparation and execution of establishing new or re-emerging Theta Chi chapters. This includes pre-project preparation, on-campus and virtual recruitment of founders, and establishing a baseline for operations through emerging chapter education.
Additionally, Growth Specialists will provide recruitment education and training to recruitment chairmen at existing chapters. If you have led or contributed to successful recruitment efforts at your chapter or are pursuing a career in sales, marketing, or business, the Growth Specialist opportunity could be an excellent fit for you as you begin your career.
