Luke Hancock, Eta Chi/George Mason 2011, transferred to play basketball for the University of Louisville and was named the 2013 Final Four’s Most Outstanding Player after Louisville won the championship game. Though not picked up during the NBA Draft, Hancock has recently signed a non-guaranteed contract with the Memphis Grizzlies. The deal assures Hancock a spot in the Grizzlies training camp, but he will have to work to earn his spot on the Memphis roster.
This summer, Hancock participated in the Orlando Magic’s summer league and the Houston Rocket’s summer league in Las Vegas.
