We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented candidate with strong interpersonal and communication skills to support Theta Chi's Chief Housing Officer, the organization's housing department, and the implementation of the Norwich Housing Corporation's strategic initiatives.
Primary responsibilities of the Housing Director includes supporting the Chief Housing Officer, supporting the implementation of the Norwich Housing Corporation's (NHC) strategic initiatives, recording and tracking payments, monitoring property tax and insurance coverage for NHC clients, and many more additional duties.
Travel to and on-site support at Theta Chi’s biennial 6-day summer convention (frequently out-of-state) held on even-numbered summer years may be required.
