Taking place from January 4-6, 2024*, at the JW Marriott in downtown Indianapolis, the emphasis of the conference will be centered on The Resolute Journey, Theta Chi's standardized pledge education program. Additional topics include training on how to be an effective Marshal, encouraging and supporting your chapter brothers in pursuing the Resolute Man distinction, and many more.

All newly elected Marshals are expected to attend the Marshals Summit. All fees associated with registration and lodging will be covered by the International Fraternity. Participants will be responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel to and from the event. For questions, please contact marshalssummit@thetachi.org.

This conference will be held in the same hotel during the same dates as the Sasser Presidents Conference, the Vice Presidents Forum, Our Sacred Purpose, and Amplify Theta Chi.

*Note that January 4-6, 2024, is a different date pattern than prior years. The conferences will commence on Thursday, January 4, 2024, and will conclude very late in the evening on Friday, January 5. Attendees will be provided lodging Thursday evening through Saturday morning, January 6, 2024.
