Some exciting new staff changes were recently announced for the International Headquarters.

Executive Director Mike Mayer announced that Ben Hill (Eta Kappa/James Madison 2002) has been promoted to Associate Executive Director. Brother Hill was previously serving as Senior Director for Collegiate Services.

With this promotion, Ben will assume an expanded role in managing the collegiate division of the Headquarters, which includes education, chapter services, standards, recruitment, and expansion. This promotion is representative of Ben's commitment to the organization moving forward.

"Ben has been a valued member of the International Headquarters staff for almost a decade," Mayer said. "This promotion is well-deserved after his years of hard work and dedication."

A Seventh Consultant

On the same day, Brother Mayer also announced that a seventh member has been added to the Leadership and Education Consultant staff.

Chris Ludwig (Zeta Beta/Adrian 2011) will assist with conducting chapter and colony visits in the Midwest, Southwest and parts of the Lower Plains. Brother Ludwig will work directly with Ben and the current field staff.

"We are excited to have Chris join the Headquarters staff," Hill said. "Coming from an Alter Award-winning chapter, he will have a lot of best practices to share with other undergraduate members. He is looking forward to hitting the road and visiting chapters at the conclusion of his training."

Brother Ludwig will begin travel in the coming weeks. Congratulations to both these outstanding brothers on their new positions.
