Hailing from the suburbs of Chicago in Woodridge, IL, Patrick joined the Iota Mu Chapter at the University of Missouri his freshman year.
Brother O'Connor graduated with a degree in Business Management and a Human Resources Management Certification. As a collegian, he served three years as the House Manager for Iota Mu and even worked at Mizzou's Campus Dining Services as a manager. He took the title of "Student Manager of the Year" twice during his tenure.
Patrick began his career at the International Headquarters in January 2026 as an Assistant Director of Chapter Development, serving a large portfolio of Theta Chi chapters across North America.
When Patrick isn't working, he often watches movies in the theaters or in the comfort of his home. His favorite movie is The Empire Strikes Back. In the summertime he enjoys lounging out in the pool, soaking in the summer sun, and taking long bike rides.
