With over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, ranging from front desk operations to human resources leadership, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the Marriott IndyPlace team. She currently serves as Dual Director of Human Resources for the JW Marriott Indianapolis and Indianapolis Marriott Downtown, where she oversees HR strategy and supports a dynamic workforce across both properties.
