Matt Frauenhoffer (Iota Beta/Missouri State 2004)

Partner & Executive Creative Director

Matt Frauenhoffer is the co-founder and creative director of Notion, a strategic design agency that helps B2B marketers and communicators turn complex ideas into clear, compelling stories. Along with two former colleagues, Matt launched Notion with a vision: combine big-agency thinking with small-agency hustle to deliver smarter design solutions.

With a background in professional and technical writing—and a Master’s degree in writing from Missouri State University—Matt brings both structure and storytelling to the creative process. Named a St. Louis Titan 100, Matt is recognized as one of the region’s top C-level leaders in innovation, influence, and vision.

Matt’s leadership journey started in college, where he was a Founding Father of the Iota Beta Chapter of Theta Chi Fraternity at Missouri State. He led the Interfraternity Council as its president and was twice named second runner-up for the Reginald E.F. Colley Award, the highest individual honor in Theta Chi. The chapter he helped launch continues to set high standards and earn national accolades to this day.
