This coming January 4-6, 2024, the Fraternity will be hosting its annual Sasser Presidents Conference at the JW Marriott in downtown Indianapolis, IN. This event will be held during the same weekend as Amplify Theta Chi, the Marshals Summit, and Our Sacred Purpose.

The Sasser Presidents Conference is held every January for the newly elected Presidents of all Theta Chi chapters and colonies. This three-day event goes into great detail on the policies and guidelines of Theta Chi Fraternity, how to be an effective leader, and networking with other chapter/colony presidents. It is mandatory that your newly elected Chapter President attend this conference. No substitutions or proxies for the Chapter President are permitted under any circumstances.
