Scott joined the International Headquarters staff as Director of Housing in 2026. Prior to his role at Theta Chi, he worked in the customer service industry, in single-store and multi-unit operations management for companies such as Circle K, Starbucks, and Discount Tire, honing his networking and soft skills.
Scott grew up in Crown Point, IN, and joined Alpha Delta Chapter in the spring of 2007. Outside of work, he and his wife enjoy raising two boys. Other passions include being a car enthusiast, gamer, working on home improvement projects, and spending as much time in nature as possible.
