Scott Turk grew up in Springfield, MO and now lives in Washington, DC. He graduated from Missouri State University and is a member of Iota Beta Chapter of Theta Chi. At Missouri State, he served as Student Body President. He was recognized in 2012 as the Colley Award recipient of Theta Chi, and later received the Undergraduate Award of Distinction presented by the North-American Interfraternity Conference.
Following graduation, Scott worked in the political arena and later served as the Director of Boards and Commission for the State of Missouri. After his time in the administration, he later formed his own company that focused on political fundraising. His company worked with members on all levels of the state and national political landscape – successfully working on teams to raise over $55 million combined. He is excited to join the team and work with the Theta Chi Foundation.
