Theta Chi Fraternity is saddened to announce Billy Gabor (Alpha Chi/Syracuse 1948) has entered the Chapter Eternal. A member of the NBA’s Syracuse Nationals for six years, Gabor was known as one of the earliest basketball stars for Syracuse University.
Eta Mu Alumnus’ New Business to Showcase the rich culture of Bluffton, SC
Burnt Church Distillery will host a groundbreaking ceremony at 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 30th at 120 Bluffton Road, the future home of the distillery. Founded by brothers Billy and Sean Watterson, the distillery will invest $10.3 million and 27 new jobs into the community. Bluffton Mayor Lisa Sulka said, “We are thrilled to see that Burnt Church Distillery is investing in our community."
